FAQ How do you ship? When you place your order you can choose how you want it shipped. There are three options
How long is the packing process? You order will be shipped out between 24 - 48 hours after the payment is received. Its usually shipped out same day if order/payment process is complete before 12pm Eastern Time. I haven't received my Tracking # The tracking # is emailed to the account through which you made payment within 48 hours of shipping. Please add cheappoppyparadise@gmail.com as your accepted email address or it will go into your Spam folder. Why are your shipping prices so high? We ship only xpresspost (2-5 days). Our pods are extremely large and therefore the size of the box is much bigger than what you are used to. That is why the shipping charges are high. The international prices (including USA) are higher than domestic shipping. If you want cheaper shipping you can contact us by email and we will gladly give you the price for expedited shipping which in many cases is half the price of xpresspost. The only difference is that it can take up to 9 business days. I ordered Canadapost Xpresspost, why did you mail it through UPS? In most cases Canadapost Xpresspost and UPS Standard have the same delivery time. In some cases UPS gets to your location faster than Xpresspost and we always look out for that. In those cases it is sent through UPS, we use whichever service gets it faster to you. Do you only send parcels through Canadapost and UPS? No, we can send them through other services if it is available and feasible for us. Is my information kept confidential? Yes, your information is kept purely for your order. It will not be sold to or shared with non-affiliated company or agency. Is there a discount for large orders? Yes, there is a discount for orders over 500 pods.
