PoppyParadise.com maintains the right to refuse any order. In the case that PoppyParadise.com chooses to refuse to fulfill an order the customer will be contacted via the email address provided, and their credit card will be refunded the appropriate amount in a prompt manner. PoppyParadise.com may choose to refuse an order because of an error in pricing information, product availability, product size or shipping costs, or for any other reason.

SHIPPING
PoppyParadise.com is not responsible for any duties or taxes that are incurred by the customer from shipping. We are not responsible for any damage to the product during shipping, our orders are not insured. It is the duty of the customer to make a special request and receive an acknowledgment from us to be sure that there will be insurance on the packages. We are not responsible for any delays in transit time and no refund on those services is offered.

REFUNDS
PoppyParadise.com offers refunds minus the shipping costs on product that has been returned to us in the same condition as we sent it. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS after 7 days of delivery of product, all damage/claim must be made within these 7 days. All our shipping prices are discounted as we pay half and the customer pays half therefore the refund will be minus double the amount of shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product and bear the costs associated with it. If there is any damage to the product we will deduct that amount from the refund that we process. It is at our discretion to consider refunds depending on the situation. All refunds are subject to 10% restocking fee.

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on International orders. Our 100% delivery guarantee only applies to Canada and USA.
